We incorporate evidence-based nutrition strategies and training protocols to ensure you can bring your best physique to the stage. It is also our priority to accomplish this in the safest manner possible and avoid any health complications. This service is completely tailored for your lifestyle and will address every aspect of competing, such as strategic dietary manipulation, training periodisation, category selection, posing, and peak week protocols. Providing yourself with enough time is critical in order to reach the optimal conditioning level for your category. Therefore, we employ a minimum cut-off of 20 weeks for competition preparation, and highly recommend a longer coaching period to take your physique to the next level! We strongly encourage you to get in contact with one of our coaches during the improvement season to build your best self for the stage!


the details

initial consultation

  • Meet your coach and discuss a range of introductory topics such as nutrition, training history, and goal setting to get you started.

  • The more we know about your lifestyle, the more effectively we can tailor our services and make this the best experience for YOU!

weekly check-ins

  • Check-in with your coach and update them on your week. This is also your opportunity to ask them any detailed questions.

  • We offer a variety of methods for checking in based on what is most suitable for your schedule. During the first initial consultation you and your coach will determine which check-in platform suits you best!


weekly training and nutrition updates

  • You will receive a customised training program which will accommodate for volume, intensity, frequency, exercise selection and your goals. This will be updated weekly to maximise your response to training and develop your physique.

  • You will receive macronutrient targets each week personalised to your goals and lifestyle. As dietitians, we are able to provide you with an abundance of education, support, and advice regarding nutrition and macronutrient counting. As well, we will help you put these numbers into practice, and strategize nutritious meals and snacks you can consume while maintaining exercise performance and achieving your body composition goals.

  • If requested, we are also able to assist in writing customised meal plans to achieve your goals


weekly posing

  • Posing is a critical aspect of competing! Your coach will teach you posing relevant to your competition category during each weekly check-in.

  • Posing lessons will be conducted each week of comp prep via live online video calls.


unlimited questions and assistance

  • Text or email your coach at any time if you have questions or need support!

show day support

  • This is the big day! Your coach will provide backstage help at local shows.

  • For online clients, your coach will provide detailed voice and/or video check-ins on the day.


post-comp support

  • Navigating through the post-comp period can be tough for all competitors regardless of experience level, therefore your coach will be there for you every step of the way! It is our top priority to ensure you have a smooth transition from your competition season into your next improvement season, and we will work closely alongside you to set new goals and prioritise mental and physical health.
