If you are managing digestive symptoms, blood results, a health condition, or another nutrition concern that requires more clinical assessment, our dietetic consultation service may be more suitable.

If you want regular accountability, frequent adjustments, and ongoing support between check-ins, weekly coaching may be the better fit.

Some clients only need an initial consultation, while others return periodically as their goals, progress, or questions develop.
