Comprehensive Dietetic Consultations

Personalised nutrition support for situations where your health, symptoms, training, and goals need to be considered together.

You may already have a reasonable idea of what you should be doing and still feel unsure about how to apply it to your own situation.

You may be managing digestive symptoms, blood results, a health condition, body composition goals, or the demands of training, with several priorities requiring attention at the same time. You may also have made changes already and still be unsure about what is helping, what needs more time, and what should come next.

Your initial consultation gives you dedicated time with a dietitian to make sense of the factors that matter most, establish clear priorities, and build a practical nutrition strategy. Review consultations can then be booked as needed to assess progress and refine the approach over time.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This may be the right fit if:

  • You want to improve your body composition, training, or performance while making sure your nutrition also supports your health.

  • You are experiencing digestive symptoms, changes in bowel habits, bloating, food intolerances, or other gut health concerns and want help understanding what may be contributing.

  • You are concerned about blood results, metabolic health, cardiovascular risk factors, or how your nutrition may influence long-term health and healthy ageing.

  • You are managing a health condition, medication, or changing health circumstances and want nutrition guidance that accounts for your broader situation.

  • You have already made changes to your diet but still feel unsure about what is helping, what may be unnecessary, and what deserves your attention next.

  • You want professional guidance and the option to return for review consultations without committing to weekly coaching.

HOW THE CONSULTATION PROCESS WORKS

You begin with a comprehensive one-off consultation to understand your concerns, establish the main priorities, and develop a clear strategy.

For some people, this provides the direction they need. Others return for review consultations to assess progress, consider new information, and refine the approach over time.

Review consultations are booked when they are useful rather than on a fixed weekly schedule.

If you want more frequent accountability, regular adjustments, and ongoing contact with your dietitian, weekly coaching may be the more suitable option.

PRICING

Initial dietetic consultation: from $250 AUD (~$175 USD)

Review consultation: from $175 AUD (~$120 USD)

Review consultations are booked as needed, depending on your goals, progress, and the level of support required.

Eligible clients may be able to claim private health insurance or other health-related rebates, depending on their provider, location, referral pathway, and level of cover. We recommend checking your eligibility before booking or asking us if you are unsure.

WHAT YOUR CONSULTATION INCLUDES

YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION & ASSESSMENT

You begin with a video consultation where your dietitian takes the time to understand your goals, current concerns, nutrition, health history, lifestyle, and any relevant training or exercise demands.

Depending on your situation, this may also include discussion of symptoms, blood results, medications, previous dietary approaches, food preferences, sleep, stress, and other factors that may influence your nutrition.

The aim is to identify the priorities that matter most and establish a clear direction for moving forward.

YOUR PERSONALISED NUTRITION STRATEGY

Following your assessment, you receive practical recommendations shaped around your goals and circumstances.

This may include changes to meal structure, food choices, energy or nutrient intake, meal timing, supplementation, behavioural strategies, or other areas relevant to your needs.

Where appropriate, written summaries, resources, or a personalised meal plan may also be provided to support implementation.

REVIEW CONSULTATIONS

Review consultations give you and your dietitian the opportunity to assess what has changed, discuss your response, and identify where further adjustments may be useful.

Some clients benefit from a review relatively soon after their initial consultation, while others return periodically as new questions, results, symptoms, or priorities arise.

EDUCATION & PRACTICAL GUIDANCE

Your dietitian explains the reasoning behind recommendations so you understand what you are doing and how it relates to your situation.

You will also have time to ask questions, work through practical barriers, and develop an approach that you feel confident applying outside the consultation.
