Yes. All of our coaches have bodybuilding competition experience, achieving high levels of conditioning and success within the sport. The process is designed to be simple and tailored to you:

We’ll get back to you via email (or WhatsApp if you leave your number).
From there, we’ll organise a free discovery call or move directly into your initial consultation.
For single consults or dietetic consults, you’ll begin with that one-off session.
For weekly coaching, your initial consult is free of charge, and you’ll proceed into weekly check-ins from there.

Yes. We work with clients all around the world. Everything is online, including consultations, weekly check-ins, and communication, so distance is never a barrier.

As qualified dietitians, we combine university-level nutrition expertise with years of practical coaching experience. We also “walk the talk” through our own training and competitive goals. This unique blend means your plan is not only effective but also evidence-based, sustainable, and aligned with your lifestyle.

Our priority is ease of use and clear communication. Each coach has their own style, using tools like apps or Google Sheets to fit what works best for you. You’ll have weekly check-ins for personalised feedback and adjustments, along with unlimited communication between check-ins. Our goal is to keep barriers to communication low so you feel supported every step of the way while achieving the best results possible.
