YOUR COACHING OPTIONS

  • We offer two flexible options to suit your needs: comprehensive training and nutrition coaching or specialised nutrition-only coaching.

Initial consultation

  • You’ll meet with your coach to discuss your background in nutrition, training, lifestyle, and goal setting.

  • This session allows us to gain a clear understanding of your needs so we can tailor your coaching approach effectively and set expectations from the outset.

Weekly check-ins

  • Weekly check-ins allow you and your coach to review progress, discuss what’s working, address challenges, and make informed adjustments.

  • Communication is ongoing and not limited to a single weekly update. Your coach will guide the check-in structure that best supports consistency and long-term progress.

  • Nutrition guidance is provided each week and tailored to your goals and lifestyle. As dietitians, we place a strong emphasis on education, helping you understand the rationale behind nutritional decisions rather than simply following instructions.

  • Nutritional strategies may include macro tracking, meal planning, or more flexible approaches, depending on what is most appropriate and sustainable for you.

  • If training coaching is selected, you will receive a customised training program tailored to your goals, preferences, and experience level. Programs are reviewed and updated regularly.

unlimited questions and assistance

  • You’ll have ongoing access to your coach throughout the week for questions, clarification, and support.

  • Our aim is to ensure you feel informed, confident, and supported throughout the coaching process.
