  • The more we understand your lifestyle and context, the more precisely we can tailor your coaching approach.

weekly check-ins

  • Check in with your coach weekly to provide updates on your progress. This is also your opportunity to ask detailed questions and receive tailored feedback.

  • We offer various methods for check-ins, depending on what best suits your schedule. During your initial consultation, you and your coach will determine the most suitable platform for your needs.

weekly training and nutrition updates

  • You’ll receive a customised training program designed to optimise volume, intensity, frequency, and exercise selection, ensuring consistent progress toward your goals. Programs are reviewed and updated regularly to maximise your response to training, whether you are building muscle in the off-season or refining condition for the stage.

  • Nutritional support is tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and competitive timeline. Our dietitian-led service provides expert guidance, education, and practical strategies to implement your nutrition plan effectively. This may include support with meal preparation, nutrient timing, metabolic health, and customised meal plans where appropriate.

  • During the off-season, the focus is on optimising body composition, recovery, and metabolic health to establish a strong foundation for future contest preparation.

weekly posing

  • Posing is a critical skill for presenting your physique on stage and can significantly influence overall presentation. Your coach will guide you through posing techniques specific to your competition category to ensure you appear confident, composed, and polished.

  • For off-season clients planning to compete in the future, posing practice can be introduced early to build confidence and refine stage presence well in advance.

unlimited questions and assistance

  • You may contact your coach via text or email at any time with questions or for additional clarification and support.

show day support

  • For local competitions, your coach can provide backstage support on the day.

  • For online clients, detailed voice and/or video check-ins will be provided to guide final decisions and adjustments.

post-comp support

  • The post-competition period can be physically and psychologically challenging, regardless of experience level. Your coach will support you through this transition to ensure a smooth return to health, performance, and long-term progress.
