Jack Radford-Smith is a dietitian and founder of The Bodybuilding Dietitians, specialising in body composition, performance, and long-term health.

With a Master of Dietetics and a background in exercise and nutrition science, Jack combines clinical expertise with over a decade of practical experience in physique development. He has supported more than 1,000 clients, ranging from recreational lifters to competitive athletes, in building muscle, reducing body fat, and improving performance through structured, evidence-based coaching.

As a natural bodybuilding competitor and ICN Australian Champion, Jack understands the physical and psychological demands of physique development. His approach prioritises measurable progress, sustainability, and maintaining a healthy relationship with food and training.

Damien Cox is an Accredited Sports Dietitian with over a decade of hands-on experience in the health and fitness industry. He delivers personalised, evidence-based nutrition and training strategies designed to improve body composition, performance, and long-term health.

Alongside his performance coaching, Damien has extensive clinical experience working in a hospital environment, supporting individuals managing conditions such as diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, diverticulitis, and eating disorders. This background allows him to bridge high-performance nutrition with medical insight, ensuring clients optimise results while protecting their overall wellbeing.

As both a physique athlete and a lifelong team sports competitor, Damien understands the practical realities of training at a high level. He is also a dad, giving him first-hand insight into balancing performance goals with career, family, and lifestyle demands. His coaching approach is structured, supportive, and focused on sustainable progress rather than extremes.

As a successful natural IFBB bikini athlete, Lauren understands the discipline and mindset required for meaningful physique progress. She is known for simplifying complex nutrition concepts, cutting through misinformation, and helping clients understand the “why” behind their approach.

Talia O’Brien is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and physique coach with a strong foundation in nutrition science and psychology. Her approach integrates performance nutrition with behaviour change, helping clients build sustainable results that align with real life.

After completing her Master of Nutrition and Dietetics, Talia developed a particular interest in gut health and its impact on performance, recovery, and overall wellbeing. As a competitive physique athlete, she understands the demands of training while maintaining health and hormonal balance.

Talia works with both competitors and non-competitors, with a strong focus on supporting female athletes in body composition, strength development, and energy availability. Her coaching style is structured yet empathetic, combining science with practical strategies clients can actually maintain.
