Tyarra Nelson

Tyarra is an enthusiastic, caring, and open-minded coach who holds a strong passion for health, fitness, and nutrition science. Tyarra specialises as a bodybuilding dietitian and is extremely passionate about employing evidence-based nutrition and training protocols to help others achieve their ultimate health and fitness goals of stepping on stage. This includes coaching clients through their improvement seasons and comp preps so that they can perform to their maximum potential, both mentally and physically, and most importantly enjoy the bodybuilding journey while maintaining a healthy relationship with food and their body. As a competitive physique athlete herself, Tyarra strives to lead by example for her clients by finding a sustainable balance between her bodybuilding endeavours, dietary patterns, career, relationships, and love for being outdoors. Tyarra holds a Masters degree in Dietetics and a Bachelor of Nutrition and Exercise from the University of Queensland, as well as her Certificate III and IV in Fitness and Level 1 ISAK anthropometry accreditation. During her years of tertiary level studies, Tyarra took great interest in the areas of sports nutrition, advanced exercise physiology, food science, human anatomy and biomechanics. She has worked actively in the field since 2016, both as an online health and physique coach and personal trainer, and to this day continuously aims to further develop her skills and education. Tyarra provides her clients with sustainable, enjoyable, customised, and evidence-based coaching which guarantees maximum results without compromising health and happiness. jack radford-smith

Jack Radford-Smith is the co-founder of The Bodybuilding Dietitians, as well as a physique athlete, dietitian professional and passionate coach! Since his teenage years Jack has been training competitively for bodybuilding and loves to practice what he preaches. He could be described as having a perfectionist mindset which carries over to all aspects of his training, nutrition and coaching.

As a coach, Jack strongly believes in personalisation and using evidence-based strategies to tailor training and nutrition to his clientele and maximise their outcomes. In addition, the importance of communication and developing a great relationship between client and coach is a strong foundation of his services. Jack also acknowledges the mental and physical components of training and nutrition, and prioritises a healthy relationship with food and physical appearance.

Jack has a number of qualifications in the health and fitness industry, including a Master of Dietetics and Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences from the University of Queensland. Also, a Certificate III and IV in Fitness and Level 1 ISAK anthropometry certification. Outside of sports dietetics, Jack is passionate about all aspects of nutrition science and loves to travel!
